RETURNS

If for some reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your order, within 7 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return / refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

● the products must not have been used and / or damaged;

● the products must be returned in their original packaging with the guarantee seal applied to the product;

● returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

Having checked the three conditions, there are three options available:

"Product change" (specifying to the staff the size you wish to receive in exchange, it‘s also free for all orders over € 150);

"Gift Card" (voucher that allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);

"Refund" (specifying to the staff, by email, on which products purchased to receive the refund).

N.B: For refunds only, the costs of home collection and shipping will be deducted from the refund.
